If you haven't seen Cool Runnings, drop everything and go watch it. This was my favorite movie as a kid and it still holds up today. The movie was released in 1993 and was directed by Jon Turteltaub. It details the story of Jamaican sprinters who didn't qualify for the olympics in track and field so they took up bobsledding. This film has a pretty simple story that shows the come up, success and failures of the team. In all of the challenges the team grew closer and the relationships between the members grew beyond teammates and became a family. There is endless comedic relief that will have you crying from laughter and you'll be reciting lines forever after the movie.

This film will always have a sweet spot in my heart, I still quote it to this day and It defined a large part of my childhood. They took a silly concept of sprinters competing in bobsled racing and made it into a story about never giving up, believing in your people, and always having fun.

Background The 2017 film "Get Out" was directed by Jordan Peele and it was his directorial debut. Without getting too into the details just yet I would say for Peele's directorial debut this film was a home run. Starring Daniel Kaluuya and Allison Willams the duo plays the role of a young couple traversing life as an interracial couple, this lays out the experience of meeting Rose's, played by Williams, family. It was made clear in the film that Chris played by Kaluuya was scared and uncomfortable but Rose ensured him everything would be fine. They got to her house and the vibe felt off from the start. Die Hard Movie Review

  Die Hard is arguably the greatest Christmas movie of all time, yes it is a Christmas movie and you can't change my mind. Die Hard is pure action and Bruce Willis plays the main character John McClane perfectly. His action movie skills coupled with his care free and chill persona create a character that you have to get behind. You can't mention Die Hard without talking about Hans Gruber played by Alan Rickman. Rickman went above and beyond when playing this roll. Whenever I watch a movie the villain role is a part that can make or break the movie. I always refer to Batman when Heath Ledger played the joker, that movie is great for many reasons but the Joker performance elevated that movie to a different level. Rickman played a vilian that seemed so heartless yet his plans were well thought out and executed. Die Hard is without a doubt one of my favorite movies.   Considered the original blockbuster by many and being a movie in a lot of peoples top ten lists, Jaws was a must watch. The 1975 classic was directed by Steven Spielberg and he truly didn't miss with this film. The movie starts by introducing a family that lives in a small beach town that is famous for its beautiful beaches and its fourth of July celebration. Brody played by Roy Schneider was the main star in the movie was the head of the police in the town. This being the first summer that Brody is police chief he has some big shoes to fill but he's ready. Everything is going well when all of a sudden shark attacks begin to occur and this wasn't just one attack it was becoming consistent. After a couple attacks and panic set out around town a campaign was sparked to kill the shark. The entire town jumped in their boats the next day hoping to get the reward for killing the shark.
